Can I track my order?
Yes, our orders are fully trackable via Evri, Royal Mail. You will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please use the link & information provided within the dispatch e-mail in order to track your parcel. Please always check your junk box if emails are not received.
Does Golden Horn offer repairs or alterations?
Should your Golden Horn Jewellery ever need repair or refurbishment, our team of artisans are available to help.
Our jewelry is repaired in Istanbul, Turkiye and repair work typically takes between 6 and 7 weeks from the date your items are received. Once received, our artisans will evaluate your piece (which may take up to two weeks), after which we will contact you to discuss additional details or service fees prior to beginning work on your item. Once your repair is complete, your jewelry will be shipped back to you with tracking provided via email.
Do you provide chains with your pendants?
Some of our pendants come with their own chains and some without. This information is specified next to the product under “product details” section.
What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?
We welcome you to contact a 24/7 Client Care Specialist at hello@goldenhornjewellery.com or reach out to us through our chatbot for immediate assistance. We aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours, but our chatbot is available round-the-clock for any immediate inquiries or support.
I am interested in a piece of jewelry that is not currently in stock on the site. when will it be available again?
You can contact the customer service at the address hello@goldenhornjewellery.com who will take care of ordering the jewel that you want.
Can I cancel or make amendments to my order?
Please contact us to see if we can help with your request, this cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately once an item has been marked as processing, we cannot cancel or amend the order.
How will my order be packaged?
All items will be sent to you in a Golden Horn Jewellery gift box.Whilst we make every effort to ensure your item is presented to you at a high standard, we cannot be held responsible for the condition in which you receive the package.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch between 1-3 working days from you placing order date. Should you need an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact us to discuss your requirements further.
I wish to return my item or order, what should I do?
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Golden Horn Jewellery is made by hand, each piece is individual and therefore slight alterations from the images shown on the website may occur. If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. Until the item reaches us, it remains the responsibility of the customer, we would recommend returning the item via a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in the post.
Items must be returned in a perfect condition, unworn and inside all the original packaging. Once we receive the item back with us, we shall process a refund within 7 working days, we do not refund return postage costs. We cannot be responsible for the time in which your bank may take to clear the monies. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How to make my jewellery last longer?
To ensure the longevity and beauty of your precious purchase, we kindly advise you to handle your jewellery with care and avoid exposing it to water, especially salt water and chlorine.
